*Job Description:*
The successful candidate will provide automated software testing support
using QuickTest Pro for project teams within SSA. This includes the ability
to design, develop and execute the front-end and back-end (DB2, ORACLE,
Mainframe) manual and automated test scripts, perform requirements
traceability, create and maintain test plans, and track defects.

Three (3) or more years of specific experience in the following:
• Mercury QuickTest Pro
• Mercury WinRunner
• Mercury Quality Center
• Test planning
VB Scripting for Automation Test
SQL – Database testing
Testing experience with Web Services
• Defect-tracking
• Automated Mainframe testing
• Automated dB (Oracle\dB2) testing
• Experience with manual and automated test script design and
execution
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Requirements traceability matrix creation and maintenance
• Experience working on contracts for Federal agencies.
• Ability to mentor entry-level resources in test automation
• Thorough understanding of iterative software development methods
