Cisco UCC Engineer – 2 year contract located in Richardson, TX



*Technical Requirements*

Cisco certifications are required.  Prefer CCIE Voice in addition to contact
center certifications.

Must have 4 yrs of IP networking experience,

2 years of UCC and Contact Center hands on experience,

CCIE is not an absolute requirement, but must have Cisco partner aimed Certs



*Additional Comments:*

English is the base requirements, any additional languages are a plus,
Arabic

Location: Will work out of the Richardson office.



*Other info:*

Technisource is looking for a highly skilled Cisco Engineer that will be
handling support for end customers on Unified Contact Center and solutions.
The qualified individual must have full enterprise product suite experience.
(Enterprise ICM, IPIVR.)  Experience with the express package is not
acceptable.



This requires working in a Small and elite group for technical support,
customers are large service providers in the US and Europe. Must provide
evidence of in-depth experience in the Cisco product set which includes:
Cisco Unified Communications Center, CCU Call Manager, VOIP theory and
technology.  Must have excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Responsible for leading groups through trouble shooting processes, accepting
new trouble tickets, working with various account teams to remedy escalated
issues.



This team covers 24/7 by 365 day support.  Requires on call shifts and
weekends (Not every weekend - once a month.) Shift times are 5 to 6 hours
per day, 4 or 5 days per week.  This is the time one will have to be in the
office and the rest of your hours will be remote work from home.  The
current need:  European and Middle Eastern time zones. The qualified
individual must be willing to consistently work hours that cover European
normal business hours.
