*Principal Duties/Functions*

Candidate must have a solid understanding and experience of Siebel Tools
configuration; experience with Siebel Public Sector and eService, Siebel
Workflow, CTI and EIM. Candidate would be expected to design interfaces;
meet with client teams to review requirements and offer solutions; conduct
unit and integration testing with Testing team. Candidate will be
responsible for designing, configuring, coding, and implementing a full
spectrum of *Siebel* applications; documenting technical requirements,
designs, code, and testing activities; assist in implementing all actions
required to deploy an application. Must be able to train end users
individually or in a class room environment.



*Basic Qualifications*

·      Have 10-12 years of IT experience, including 5-7 years of Siebel
Implementation Experience, preferably call center implementation.

·      *Siebel experience should include Siebel 7/Siebel 8 (e.g., Siebel
Tools, CTI, eScript and Siebel VB, Workflow Manager, Business Services,
Assignment Manager, Smart Scripts, Enterprise Integration Manager,
Enterprise Application Integration, Siebel Administration).*

·      A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is also
required.  Master's preferred.

*Desired Skills*

·      Understanding of systems analysis practices and demonstrated
experience in applying them in practice.

·      Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both
technical and non-technical parties.

·      Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

·      Good time management and organization skills.

·      Team builder with strong motivational skills. Adept in problem
solving and resolving conflict.

·      Self-motivated, possesses the ability to handle and prioritize
multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

·      Experience writing Functional Requirements Documents.
