DURATION 6 MONTHS + RATE 75 /HR CORP TO CORP START ASAP McLean-VA Role: Project Manager (senior) Responsibilities: A) Participate as a project manager on the eDiscovery project. Major activities include vendor selection, gap analysis (with current capabilities), solution architecture and design, data management definition, and level of effort (LOE) preparation (for cost, scope, schedule, quality) with an 85% confidence level for the cost and schedule dimensions to implement the chosen product(s). The primary function for this role is to determine the LOE/resources/cost and develop the project schedule for COTS product implementation as well as any custom interfaces, if ncessary. B) Manage the implementation of the approved solution. Follow Fredde Mac's SDLC process, prepare all project artifacts, and manage the project's cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
