Typically 5 to 10 years of direct experience with Sybase ASE 12.5.x/15.0.x Database and Replication Server Administration. * Skills required:* Sybase 12.5.x/15.0.x Administration Sybase Replication server Administration Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Storage Concepts Experience managing Large Scale Projects Excellent Communication Skills *Responsibilities:* Support Sybase Team with data center consolidation Assist in server builds/upgrades including maintenance & monitoring implementation Assist in compliance reporting and audit validation Direct activities of Mid-Level Sybase DBA's Ability to work across multiple lines of business efficiently *Two (2) Mid-Level Sybase DBA* * * *Location: *Chicago, IL Duration: 6 months *Description:* This position is for a Mid-Level Sybase DBA to assist the team with standards implementation and several server builds and upgrades as part of data center migration projects.
