The resource will coordinate with the Development and System Administrator Teams to define the operational standards, processes and procedures that are required to support the Production and Staging environments ready to support the critical CitiDirect NextGen rollout We are looking for a Production Support Analyst with Sharepoint experience and SQL knowledge.
