Position – Client Server/Client Server Programmer Work Location: Albany, NY Duration : 18 months Market Description : IT Division is responsible for the development, ongoing maintenance, and support of the ASSETS application. The IT Division requires the services of a client-server application programmers to perform ASSETS support functions. The individuals hired as a result of this procurement will have the following responsibilities: • Automating the case intake process for Public Assistance Cases, including the updating and building of Child Support cases; • Enhancing the family court interface, including electronic filing of child support petitions to New York family courts; • Converting CSMS on-line functions to ASSETS; • Automating various child support business processes (workflows); • Converting the remaining CSMS document generation functions to ASSETS; • Updating maintenance requirements to keep current with changing rules and regulations, such as changes to the federal forms for processing child support cases. • Maintenance and enhancement of the Division of Child Supports public web site.
