Expert knowledge of Shared Storage (SAN, NAS, SATA) & Veritas.
Expert knowledge of HDS and HP storage arrays.
Expert knowledge of Brocade SAN switches (includes 3800, 3900, 12K and 48K
switches).
Must be adept at at architectural design for shared storage infrastructure
which include SAN and NAS.
Experience in enterprise data center distributed environments.
Experience with enterprise data center migrations, virtualization and
consolidations.
Understand architectural design challenges, concepts and solutions.
Understand business continuity and disaster recovery conepts and approaches.
Understand high availability and clustering architectures.
General understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including:
Unix (Sun & AIX), Wintel, VMWare/ESX, Citrix/Metaframe & Web (IIS &
Weblogic).
General understanding of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, DNS,
etc.) concepts.
General understanding of messaging and Microsoft exchange concepts
