*Required Skills/Experience:*

·        Minimum of 5 years business analyst experience.

·        Documenting business processes in a formal structure.

·        Eliciting requirements through interviews and documentation
analysis.

·        Use of a structured format for presenting business requirements.

·        Delineating complex business rules in a government or health care
environment.

·        Strong facilitation skills.

·        Strong data management skills including understanding data
requirements and data organizational structures.

·        Data modeling experience.

·        Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.

·        Demonstrated flexibility as the project is very fluid.

·        Demonstrated experience working with business and information
technology stakeholders.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks and timeframes.

·        Proficiency in the following software applications:

- MS Word

- MS Excel

- MS PowerPoint

- MS Access

- MS Project

- MS Visio

·        Knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP) or other Agile
methodology

·        Bachelor’s Degree



*Preferred Knowledge/Skills:*

·        Software Applications:

- SharePoint (MicroSoft Office SharePoint Services)

·        Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

·        Zachman Enterprise Architecture Framework
