*Job Description*:
• Meeting sessions with the Core team and consult while preparing the draft
Platform Component Map
• Meeting sessions with the infrastructure team, core and consult while
preparing the Application Portfolio
• Bridge the Application to Platform Rationalization
• Producing Quick Win Recommendations
• Subject Matter Expertise, Execution, Liaising with line teams & work
packages to allocated resources
• Set up meetings and liaise with line teams (& business) to define the ERP
Platform Component Map
• Setup meetings, questionnaires to complete the attributes
• Review findings and liaise with core team during the consulting period
• Review analyses and make recommendations jointly with the core team in the
three recommendation categories outlined
• Govern/manage the information collection process from the line teams.
• Managing Core team resources & work allocations (through the
PMO)/assignments during Stage 0 and Stage 1 part of the analysis focused on
the line of business

• Use subject matter expertise to fill in/enrich necessary information using
the core team resources assigned to reduce the time and effort required by
the line teams.

• Produce all deliverables assigned based on the line of business during the
Stage 0, Stage 1 and Stage 3 of the rationalization project.

*Qualifications*:
• Well rounded senior technologists
• Strong background in infrastructure
• Must have managed large scale “rollout”,  “rebuild” or “retire” exercise
for applications or platforms - should have lead or run application or
platform rationalization programs.

• Strong background as an enterprise architect.
• Strong analytical skills to define strategy and analysis criteria
• Must be able to define criteria on what qualifies for a recommendation
• Must be able to define 2-3 year roadmap based on the recommendations
• Understands and is well rounded across all application tiers
• Hands on experience on all tiers of applications a plus
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proactive self managing individual
• Should be able to estimate efforts to execute on the roadmap
• Strong SQL query skills and use of SQL Server a plus (to manage data
during the rationalization process)
