I am looking for *Embedded Programmer* Please send me the suitable profiles to [email protected] Position: Embedded Programmer Location: IOWA Duration: 6 months * * *Skill set needed:* - Experience in porting applications developed in Window CE 5.0 with EVC4 to Windows CE 6.0 with Visual studio 2005. - Experience in developing Windows CE device drivers. - Intel X86 architecture. - Experience with serial interfaces. Knowledge of SAE J1708 and SAE J1939 protocols would be a plus. * * *Mobile changes* WinCE 5.0 to WinCE 6.0 EVC4 to Visual Studio 2005 Refactoring of application S/W Celeron changed to Intel Atom Processor Discrete chipset for UARTS, CAN controller, and miscellaneous circuits will be implemented in an FPGA. *New driver development* PCI Express communication from ATOM processor to FPGA and WLAN SAE J1708 - packet based controller in FPGA. FPGA will control transmit timing. Old driver was serial UART based. SAE J1939 – Xilinx XPS CAN controller in FPGA. Old driver was Intel CAN chip. TDMA modem serial interface. Old driver was memory mapped. WLAN – Model TBD. Board ID –Internal circuit board configuration.
