Rate: DOE *** *Would prefer Candidate that has worked in a financial industry * ***Location: Livingston NJ* Information Security Analyst* * * * *Additional Details* *Job Description: * Description • Assist in ongoing assessments of perimeter, network and web security including firewall, router, switches, VPN, SSL and other network component policies and configuration standards • Validate firewall configurations and rules to maintain secure connections (internal and external) • Monitor and address virus, malware, and other intrusions • Administer intrusion detection/prevention systems and other security monitoring tools • Assist in the development and monitoring of a patch management process for platforms • Provide technical support for encryption efforts including strategy, solution evaluation, development and implementation • Provide technical support in deploying a secure customer data program • Partner with colleagues across STS to close out all open audit points requiring ISD involvement • Provide ISD representation on future audits to ensure that information security perspective is included from the outset • Partner with Infrastructure Engineering on ensuring that antivirus console and all other relevant process are properly functioning, remediated where required and kept current in terms of patch management and version upgrade Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Information Technology with a detailed, hands-on knowledge of information security tools and processes including data encryption, antivirus software and related intrusions, device monitoring and website filtering / blocking processes and tools • Self-motivated individual who maintains a high bar for her/himself and others • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills* * *Thanks & Regards, Nick Resource Manager Zen InfoTech, LLC Certified Minority Business Enterprise 5949 Nieman Road, Suite B Shawnee, KS 66203 913-440-0521 : Phone 913-441-4434 : fax www.zeninfotech.com ; [email protected] YM: nurul_recruiter CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This e-mail and any attachments are confidential and may also be privileged.
