JOB TITLE : SAP FI/AP Consultant Job Responsibilities (Tasks & Deliverables): Analyze, configure, and develop specs for SAP FI Accounts Payable enhancements. Evaluate Accounts Payable tax configuration for Canadian operations and recommend and implement. Resolve production/support issues, working directly with end users and Client's I.S. teams. Communicate status of projects, enhancements, and production support issues with team and Client’s Financial Shared Services organization. Mandatory Experience: Expert in SAP Accounts Payable. Full understanding of MM & FI-A/P integration (P.O.s, raw material receipts effecting A/P) and related 3-way match logic. Full knowledge of bank & payment configuration. Vendor master. Invoice entry without reference to a p.o. Parked documents. Strong experience with tax configuration (e.g. VAT, Canadian PST). Experience with Open Text’s Vendor Invoice Management for SAP (product originally developed by Optura). Experience with Open Text’s LiveLink (previously known as IXOS). Experience with SAP Workflow. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with supporting a live application, working with power users to resolve production issues. Experience with cross company code intercompany configuration helpful, but not necessary. Strong team skills.
