Our client is looking for an JR.

*Oracle HR - HRIS Analyst* for a 4 month contract in TX

This candidate will join the *HRIS* team to implement a global *HR* Oracle
system by December 2009. Prepare test instances with employee data, run
processes and audit results. Document test scripts, results and audit
requirements. Run data extracts and loads. Prepare data loaders and
manipulate extensive amounts of data. Support HRIS team and manager with a
multitude of tasks as we prepare for go-live. Perform manual tasks as
required for transition to new system. Ability to understand functionality
requirements and custom interface extensions. Work closely with HRIS and
technical team to prepare the system for December go-live.

*Skills Required:*
At least *2 years of HRIS Analyst* experience utilizing *Oracle HR modules*;
system and user testing; ability to understand functionality requirements
and custom interface extensions; data entry, report generation; *TOAD*;
advanced Excel skills; experience with new HR system implementations
preferably Oracle

*Oracle HR experience is required*
*The Oracle version is Oracle 12*
