Our client is looking for an JR. *Oracle HR - HRIS Analyst* for a 4 month contract in TX
This candidate will join the *HRIS* team to implement a global *HR* Oracle system by December 2009. Prepare test instances with employee data, run processes and audit results. Document test scripts, results and audit requirements. Run data extracts and loads. Prepare data loaders and manipulate extensive amounts of data. Support HRIS team and manager with a multitude of tasks as we prepare for go-live. Perform manual tasks as required for transition to new system. Ability to understand functionality requirements and custom interface extensions.
