Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience: 3-5 years of testing experience. At least 2 years experience in performance testing, with performance testing being the focus of the prior position. *Rational Performance Tester Tool experience – Must. * Alternately at least 2 years experience in LoadRunner is desired Experience in creating test plans, cases, and scripts. Excellent oral / written communication with ability to effectively work with multiple teams. Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving skills in a technical environment. Strong performance data extraction, parsing and correlation skills using Rational Performance Analysis or Loadrunner Analysis and Excel. Ability to interface with all levels and across organizational lines. Experience with Rational Clearquest for defect tracking Experience with Batch performance testing. Experience in writing SQL and executing test scripts. Working knowledge of network protocols being able to communicate effectively with network technicians. Mujeeb.
