Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Serve as project trainer and assist as training facilitator • Assist in analyzing end-user environments to facilitate relevancy in training • Assess, develop, deliver, evaluate, and report training needs, incorporating SC code and regulations • Have working knowledge of RWD uPerform and experience with developing on-line and instructor-led courses for public sector entities • Able to design and develop courses to include student and instructor materials, and exercise guides and quick reference guides • Deliver training with limited functional team support and familiar with developing and facilitating hands-on exercises for courses.
