*Position: SAP HR Configuration Analyst* *Location: Miami, FL* *Duration: 6 months* *Best rate: Market* * * *Prefer a candidate who is in FL!!* * * *Responsibilities:* - Fully, clearly and accurately document systems and process for future state vision - Assist in gap analysis between requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP - Review process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible - Configure SAP system settings according to business requirements and document all configuration - Execute and document Unit, Integration and Parallel Testing resolving defects as necessary - Define User Authorization profiles and security roles - Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team - Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications - Work with Third Party Vendors on interface requirements and testing procedures - Develop work procedures for user related to SAP system - Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation - Report delays and risks to team leads - Assist in identifying data to be cleansed *Qualifications:* * * - Minimum of four years SAP HR experience - Expert ability to configure SAP HR PA module including infotypes, personnel actions, and dynamic actions - Heavy experience in writing functional specifications - Ability to write test scripts and conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing - Experience in Public Sector Environment (K-12 preferred) - Experience with Concurrent Employment preferred - Experience with Quality Center a plus - Experience with Solution Manager a plus - ABAP debugging skills a plus - Additional experience in other HR/Payroll modules a plus - Knowledge of regulatory requirements to be met by HR Master Data - Experience with conversion and LSMW a plus - Good documentation and communication skills - Committed to project success * * *Thanks & Regards,* Alex Rodriguez** Account Manager Data Group, Inc.
