Title: j2ee developer *SKILLS: J2EE, LEAD, UNIX, WEB SERVICES, SQL, LEAD, DEVELOPER* Qualifications: * Experience with full software development life cycle processes and familiarity with integrated tools such as *Rational Suite, Quality Center, Team Track* * 3+ years experience leading technical teams and projects with success * Proven high-level and detail technical design skills * 7+ years overall web application design and development experience * 5+ years working knowledge of Java/J2EE and frameworks The candidate must be a big-picture thinker, and has proven experience in leading teams to build enterprise-level applications - both from creating sound technical architectural design perspective as well as having hands-on experience with current technology platforms such as *J2EE, UNIX, Web Services/Security, Windows, SQL, Shell, and etc*.
