Need of several additional Java Developers (ESP Service Development), this is a very long term project. Positions: 8-10 *Rate$35/hr* Duration: 1+ years Location: Philadelphia, PA *Custom Development: *provide multiple development teams to augment the Client teams for development and enhancement of multiple sub systems and interfaces. Development areas include Ordering, CAE User Interface and SOA Services to support Account, Offer, Inventory, Scheduling and other functional domains. These development team resources should have technology expertise used in the development and familiar with iterative development approach and should fit into areas of functional & technical design and code development. *1.* *Ordering development team (2 positions)* Development of interfaces and processes for a *Buy-Flow Controller model *that is an intelligent broker between all user Interface Channels, and the back-end services. Business processes include *ordering/changing *Client services and customer account creation and updates. Development platform is *ConceptWave* Order Care and Order Manager product. *2.* *User Interface development team (2 positions)* *CAE* users perform all customer ordering and service changes for Client. A conceptual design is complete for the target *User Interface*. (See Attachment 1 - User Interface model). The technical architecture will utilize Smart client frameworks, and must integrate into current infrastructure that manages the users overall desktop and CTI interfaces *3.* *Service development team(s) (2 positions)* Client business services operate on Service Oriented Architecture *(SOA)* principles and provide a scalable, reliable high-performance infrastructure for core business processes. As part of the Eagle program, existing Client services will be enhanced and new services will be developed. The SOA platform is based on BEA Aqua Logic.
