Position: Net/SQL developers with Claim processing- Immediate start
Location : NJ/NY-6+ months contract (Locals is highly preferred)
Only EAD/GC/ or citizen

Job Description:
They need 3 asp.net developrs, with SQL 2005/2008 on the back end to
augment there staff.
THe keys are asp.net, SQL backend development and experience with
insurance claims processing.
not just working at an insurance company
Also superb communication skills are a must!!
Candidates must come from enviornments where practiice models are
utillized and is very structured!

Ideally 3 month try/buy and converting them at a salary range anywhere
from 60K to 130K they have a discretionary bonus, which is about 10%.
Aside from the insurance background the candidates can have a
background in Financial Transaction Processing..that would also work
in there environment, They use all the .net tools, Asp.net, C#,
VB.net,so the candidates can have a diverse background as long as the
have the .net and SQL

Also the company did have a good year last year..they are growing.
They currently handle about 50%workers comp claims, and the other 50%
is property & casualty and specialized loss adjustment. They are
looking to make an acquisition that will give them a more global
presence. They do have a London office.
They have flex hours, core hours are from 7;30AM to 9PM EST,  the
developers ideally would be in NY, but can spend time in NJ as well.

Bottom line is that they are very flexible..however not on the
communication skills...the key for the developers is English as a
first language, unless they speak perfectly clear!!
