Job Location:Tallahassee, FL Job Duration:6 months with a possible 1 year extension Job Type:On-site 40 hours a week Rate:*$35/Hour* *Job Description:* The Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Technical Support will assist in the processing of both standardized HL7 messages and ASCII flat files via Cloverleaf services for inserts into a centralized repository and trouble shooting related to the utilization of electronic reporting in accordance with the requirements outlined in Florida Administrative Code 64D-3. Facilitate the process of ELR in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 64D-3, Create rules and defined transformation logic for as part of translation of HL7 messages to SQL 2005 databases, Appropriate programming for various ELR feed sources to facilitate needed data conversions, Ensure optimized flow controls from messages to database destinations, Contribute to the strategic planning for long term implementation of ELR for Florida DOH, Evaluate, Troubleshoot, and Monitor the ongoing operations of ELR for Florida DOH, Communicate problems and resolutions to the ELR stakeholders across the Divisions and Bureaus of Florida DOH Create all operationally needed message broker functions for Florida DOH ELR trading partner laboratories, Maintain a interface specifications document consistent with Florida DOH methodologies and standards, Work with the ELR Stakeholder working group and the Division Information Officer, to develop a detailed implementation plan, Create clear and complete reports of all external laboratory activities and communications. *Skills Required:* Ability to communicate effectively with technical, private health care providers, and Florida DOH programstaff, Demonstrated experience and expertise in the implementation of HL7 Laboratory interfaces, Demonstrated experience and expertise with the Quovadx Cloverleaf Integration Broker Hardware andSoftware, specifically; Extensive understanding and experience with TCL coding Experience with TCL libraries Experience in ODBC calls Experience with Cloverleaf commands and XML Experience and understanding of HL7 segments Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and management of complex processes, The following knowledge and experience will be beneficial: Understanding of general health care concepts, Understanding of strategic planning, Understanding and experience with consensus building. -- Thanks & Regards Kevin Maripax Solutions | [email protected] www.Maripax.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OCP_DBA" group.
