Cisco Routers Cisco Switches Sniffer Traces and Interpretation Cisco VPN Concentrators Frame Relay Circuits / MPLS Circuits Knowledge of Firewalls and TCP Ports TCP/IP Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis OSPF, RIP, BGP and EIGRP Routing Protocols Interaction with multiple Telco Carriers and Account Teams (vendor management) VoIP / QoS Configurations Excellent verbal and written skills Wide Area Network – WAN *Preferred:* Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) desired. *Other info:* The Network Engineer will be required to work with Senior Network Engineers, Project Managers and CITG Management to support the MPLS conversions for the Intranet and Extranet network split between FSG and ISG. Provide technical support for all Extranet and Intranet company split WAN related projects as needed. Assist Senior Network Engineers in planning and design efforts for remote office conversions. Work with Telco vendors, Change Advisory Board, Client Management, Circuit Provisioning, Network Managers, and Business Units to gracefully migrate offices to new networks. Participate in project & staff meetings as required Participate in remote office conversions as required Write ITAs and Executive Summaries Adhere to Established Change Control Procedures Network & Firewall Engineers Technical expertise with circuit activations and migrations along with updating network related documentation (network diagrams & database). Vendor management. Implementation plan creation and troubleshooting skills for network layers 1-3. Project updates. Excellent verbal & written skills.
