Position : SAP Analyst Location : Houston, TX Duration : 6 Months Job Description: 1 - Financial and Accounting Operations Management (Proficient) 2 - General Ledger (Proficient) 3 - SAP-FI-General Ledger (Proficient) • University degree. • Experience with multiple SAP releases including 3.1H, 4.0B, 4.6C and ECC 6.0 is desired. • Upstream experience in the implementation of Financial Applications, with an appreciation for the implications of Joint Interest Accounting and Production sharing Agreements. • Knowledge of SAP FI module functionality including: o General Ledger Master records and configuration o Company Code Master records and configuration o GL account clearing o Account Determination (T030) o Month-end close process / Year-end close process o Maintain Validations and Substitution rules o Special GL accounts o Reconciliation account o Recurring documents o Revaluation / Reclassification process o Program Variant maintenance o Change Transport System to move changes to production o Block / Unblock accounts o Change Account Periods o Create / Change / Extend GL accounts o Strong understanding of integration between MM, SD and FI on inventory accounts o Ability to perform SD / MM transaction.
