Had configured for go-live situations (not just learned...): o New web UI config (rel 6.0 or 7.0) o Organizational model and integration o CIC ERP order process (available only in rel 6.0 or 7.0) - order types, order history, doc flow, etc o Service ticket type for equipment service (install, repair, etc0 o ERP service process (PM) and integration including iBase o CIC outbound call o CTI integration o Product Catalog o Rule modeler o Customer fact sheet o Transaction launcher o Actions, follow-ups, o Surveys/questionnaire o Scripts 2.
