*Role: SAS/SQL Programmer* *Location: Bridgeport, CT* *Duration: 4+ Months* *Rate: $40-45/Hr * *Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:* Report developer with 3 or more years experience to support information delivery processes and report development. Proficiency in SAS and SQL programming is needed to develop reports and data extracts from a SQL Server data warehouse. Good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills are required. Candidate must have the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. This Information Management team is responsible for maintaining a Data Warehouse and producing reports from it. Under minimal supervision, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operational processes supporting these responsibilities. This will include file transmission support, monitoring report creation and distribution, and data quality validation. As a secondary role, this candidate will also be involved with internal customers to define requirements for new reports and adhoc data queries.
