Lead Sr. .Net Developer (8+ Years of IT experience is required) *Location:* Chicago, IL(Need locals only) *Duration:* 6 Months Looking for strong experience in WCF, WPF and MSMQ binding. *POSITION SUMMARY* Develop software in coordination with engineers and QA specialists. *ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS* Reports to: IT-Director *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* 1. Work closely with development team to Support maintain, enhance and publish existing applications developed in various .NET technologies 2. Work independently and in small project teams to develop web applications/windows application. *Additional Responsibilities* 1. Performs other responsibilities as assigned. *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* § Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum of two years product development experience. § Experience in Microsoft centric development environment including Visual Studio.Net 2005 and above, ASP.NET, XML/XSLT, Web Services, HTML/JavaScript, and MS SQL Server, WCF, WPF. § 5-7 years experience in ASP.NET/ADO.NET programming. § One year experience with *WCF/WPF *programming. § Prior experience with MOSS 2007 or SharePoint is big plus, but not needed. § At least 2 years experience with .NET 2.0 and 3.0 framework. § At least 1 months experience with XML and Web services. § At least 2 years of experience in writing SQL queries, Triggers, Store procedures in SQL-Server 2000. § At least 1 year experience developing windows applications. § Proven knowledge with the full software development life cycle producing web applications and good in documentation. § Expert knowledge in relational databases. § Experience with rule-based and workflow applications development § Strong written and verbal communication skills. § Ability to work under deadlines.
