Hey Giorgos! I think it's been fixed, but I don't know the svn revision with the fix closest to the 0.2 release. Why you'd might care about the rev number is that the newest revision doesn't seem to compile those executables automatically. I'm currently trying to get the xycut compile on the newest revision but have problems (I posted about it within last two hours).
