Hi,

the release version of 0.3 does not output an empty result for the
alice_1.png that we ship with OCRopus, so the problem has to be somewhere
with your install.  Maybe you used inconsistent versions of iulib and
ocropus, or maybe you used the wrong version of Tesseract, or maybe you
configured the system without Tesseract.

You should look carefully at the output of the ./configure script.

You should also run the run-tests, run-bigtests, and run-toplevels scripts
in ocroscript.

If you really think there's a bug, then you need to supply this information,
plus system configuration information, and submit it to the issue tracker.
