Thank you for your feedback.

I'll get started with the homework... (reading material pointers are
welcome), so that I have at least a better understanding of what is
involved and possibly be in a position to write up a problem and
solution approach statement.

However, from your response I gather that this may be a fairly
involved project, to say the least, and be best handled by a
development team.

Do you know of other people that have done some preliminary work
(problem study, solution approach, conceptualization, project
proposal, coding, testing) on a similar project and might be
interested in pushing this project further in a team effort?
