I deactivated SDL at all. Since it is normally compiled with mingw and
not as cygwin...
Is Tesseract supported now in 0.4?!
The difference may rely on the dependencies and how the linker
reconstruct them.
I had the same problem, and my solution was not using SDL, since SDL
is only needed to debug and show the results.
You can do that in a vm with ubuntu maybe much better then using
cygwin with SDL and ocropus.
