Those messages are OK. [info] 0001 0012: no such cseg
It's telling you that some of the input lines do not have all the training information associated with them. That may be the case because alignment failed for some reason. ERROR: input line has bad aspect ratio (43 x 37) This is the text line recognizer telling you that the image it got didn't look like much of a text line and it's not bothering to even attempt to use it. It's not harmful either. Eventually, those messages should go away as the preprocessing eliminates them.
