From: 76yrsold <[email protected]> Date: 2009-07-26 09.39 It is observed that NeuralNetwork/BPnet which were existed in the earlier version is no more in the latest version of ocropus. Reasons for the discontinued is not known. Is it so complicated to train the languages in NeuralNetwork/BPNet? I am really disappointed for losing opportunity to have practical hands on experience with Neural Network/BPnet to train the language like Kannada, Telugu etc. and generate datafiles for ocropus. to test the accuracy output in ocropus. It is suggested to examine feasibility of creating exclusively independent SMALL training module or project for NetworkNeural/BPnet for the purpose of training and generating <lang>datafiles for ocropus by the users-( on the lines of tesseractocr). . All users who have used/tested the NeuralNetwork/Bpnet are requested to offer their comments.
