The ocrotess repository hasn't been ported yet to the latest changes in ocropus/iulib. We won't be working on that until the next release of Tesseract (which should be soon) and the OCRopus beta release, because both are somewhat moving targets right now.
If you want to try to get it to work before that and submit patches, that would, of course, be appreciated.
