As I mentioned earlier, there is a small bug in ocropus-rtrain. It will be 
hopefully be fixed in a week or so; after that you can just use -c option 
and it will generate the codec from GT data. For the time being, you can 
use the ocropus-rtrain code at https://github.com/adnanulhasan/ocropy.
