Okay, I have started the release process. I do have a couple of
questions.

1) Should I wait for a 3.0.1 release before I make the actual
octave-forge release?

2) Do you have anything that need to get in a a package before the
release?

3) The following files aren't mentioned in any INDEX files. Does anybody
have some thoughts on which categories they should be mentioned in?

  extra/jhandles/inst/reset_property.m
  main/comm/inst/deintrlv.m
  main/comm/inst/matdeintrlv.m
  main/comm/inst/randdeintrlv.m
  main/financial/inst/dateaxis.m
  main/financial/inst/highlow.m
  main/financial/inst/movavg.m
  main/miscellaneous/src/listen.cc: senderror
  main/octgpr/inst/demo_octgpr.m
  main/signal/inst/bitrevorder.m
