Could you add me to the developers so that I can apply the patch I
submitted a few days ago regarding the char() function to the SVN.
My sourceforge username is bluethgen.
I would also suggest to overload sin, cos etc in the symbolic toolbox
for expressions, so that octave behaves similarly to matlab when one
uses sin, tan, cos, exp etc. on symbolic expressions.
My suggestion would be to include
dispatch ("sin","Sin","vpa")
dispatch ("sin","Sin","ex")
and similar in PKG_ADD of the symbolic toolbox.
Any opinion on that?
