Hello,
I'll be writing a normxcorr2 function such that it is compatible with the
Matlab function normxcorr2(template, A). I'll be following the equation
given by

I believe it should go into the Image Processing package, to increase
symmetry and compatibility with the Matlab image processing toolbox.
