Ok, I've had a look at the problem. Your *.log seems to be ok. However, what I can't find in the odepkg-0.4.1.tar.gz files is the PKG_ADD file. So I think the solver functions are not loaded after the installation what seems to be your problem. I don't have the time to fix this problem for odepkg-0.4.1 but will send you a current snapshot odepkg beside any list in a few minutes. This should work for you...
