When you reply, can you please include the list? That way others can benefit from the troubleshooting in the future. Some of the tools in the financial toolkit require octave 3.0, and it also requires the miscellaneous package from Octave-forge (that's where csv2cell is located). I would recommend installing the packages with the pkg command so that it will make sure that you have the correct dependencies.
