OK, here is the license we decided to use for fast kernel ICA. I've
asked Steffi to add this to the downloadable code from the webpage.
Note that the license is completely compatible with GPL, so you can at
your option use only the GPL license in your version of the code (or
continue with the MPL license as I've done).
Thanks for adding this to the pattern recognition toolbox in octave-forge!
