Currently the "windows installer" link on http://
octave.sourceforge.net goes to
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?
group_id=2888&package_id=40078
which shows nothing. It should go to
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?
group_id=2888&package_id=287261
which shows the MinGW installer.
