Oh, I think I've been misunderstanding you. This is when you upload the
package file, right? I thought your problem occurred when uploading the
html files.

I guess this means that all package maintainers should be made 'release
technicians' (SF lingo). As a test, I've made you a 'release
technician'. Does that give you the needed privileges?

Yes. I'll fix that.

I don't think this will be enough. The 'generate_html' package depends
on a rewrite of the help system in Octave. This was not included until
Octave 3.2, so you will not be able to generate the web pages using 3.0.
Is it possible for you to upgrade? Otherwise I guess I'll have to
generate the web pages for package maintainers that does not have 3.2
installed.
