I like the idea of also sharing actual applications (instead of only
general purpose scripts). At this point, we, however, don't really have
a systematic way of doing this.

So, my question to everybody is: should we try to setup an 'Examples'
page on the web site, where people can show application scripts? It
might be a nice way to help new users out as well.

While I think such a page would be nice, I have to be realistic and say
that I don't have the resources at the moment to create such a page. So,
others would have to do the bulk of the work.
