-Wl,--export-dynamic -lnsl -lutil -lm -ldl

g++ -I/home/corradin/openmpi-1.3.3/include -pthread
-L/home/corradin/openmpi-1.3.3/lib -lmpi_cxx -lmpi -lopen-rte -lopen-pal -ldl
-Wl,--export-dynamic -lnsl -lutil -lm -ldl
As you may see one is used for C and the other one for C++.
