Hi,

I have some problems with generate_package_html (of current svn) when
I try to release optim.

1. Functions "linprog" (under inst/) and "leval" (under src/) of
package optim are marked "not implemented" without obvious
reason. The help text of these functions can be displayed by
Octaves "help ..." and processed(?) by pkg without warnings.

2. pkg (Octave-3.2.4) accepts leading comments of some scripts (not
functions) but gives warnings "unusable helptext" for other scripts
with leading comments (can't see a reason for the different
behavior), though Octaves "help ..." displayes all these comments
without warnings. This is not a problem caused by
generate_package_html, but the latter markes these scripts as "not
implemented", which I think is misleading --- shouldn't it be
   something like "no description available"?
