Olaf,
As Søren has just checked-in quite a few changes to the optim and  
generate_html packages I am not sure it makes sense
to publish 1.0.11 anymore as it is already outdated, would you mind  
preparing a 1.0.12 release including the latest changes
and with documentation generated by the latest version of generate_html?
