I think free Interval Analysis for Octave don't exist, so I would
implement this.

Do you think that it could be make a package of ocatve-forge ? What I
must do for this ?

My idea is to obtain similary thing as Intval of IntLab [1], but without
rounding epsilon consideration.
For example one application to interval analysis is guaranted
localisation, with SIVIA foor example [2].
