I am not spreading misinformation. David said it himself, that it's
only the USA who blocks these countries.

And all I said from the start was these countries were blocked because
sourceforge must comply to the USA rules, and asked if something could
be done about it.

The whole problem was *this* specific point which *only* applies in
the USA. Anywhere else, even if we were in the bad groups who require
control that David mentioned, users from those countries could
download and contribute to the project.

PS: Since it's anywhere else, it doesn't matter where I reside but for
whoever cares, I'm from Portugal, living in Ireland and currently in
training in the USA.
