In the main page ( this one https://sourceforge.net/projects/octave/ ) there's a button that says edit (should appear after you press "show project details", also on that page). My guess is that would work for you since you are the developer. If you are changing it could you also change "Portuguese" to "Portuguese (Brazil)"?
