Dear msh maintainers, I have been looking into your package and I found it very interesting. I am trying to mesh a 2D surface that is defined by a set of points on its boundary. The points are generated by the solution of a ordinary differential equation. Therefore to use the msh package I needed the .geo file that describes this surface. I have created the function attached that converts a set of points into a .geo file
The function is very primitive and does a lot of assumptions. I am wondering if somebody already has a more developed version. If not, I will continue improving this file, with time. Also, it is my .geo file so I do not know if it is enough to make gmsh to mesh the surface. Any feedback is welcome. A similar file as t1.geo of gmsh documentation is generated by demo data2geo Thank you for your feedback -- M. Sc. Juan Pablo Carbajal ----- PhD Student University of Zürich www.ailab.ch/carbajal
